It contains 10% of the daily value of Potassium, 106% DV of Vitamin C, 18% DV of Folate. It contains 2% DV of Calcium and Iron. It contains 25% sugar per 4 Tablespoons of prepared Juice.

The peppermint oil is quite strong and has a menthol feeling on the lips. It has a small applicator. I like how it adds shimmer to the lips. It would be a good topper when used with other lip products to add a shimmery finish. It is hydrating especially in dry weather.
Overall, I like the product.

I about the book Understanding Type 2 Diabetes by Dr. Ashley Sullivan PHARMD, RPH, MBA from Amazon. The book is pharmacist approved and contains information about steps to avoid complications, reduce medical expenses, decrease stress, and live a healthy proactive life.
The information is good for understanding Diabetes at a beginner level. I don't think it is particularly useful for someone with advanced knowledge of diabetes. There is a lot of language that is very informal.
I gained some insight into how to handle diabetes when insulin levels are low. Overall it is a good book.

I got a Dorling Kindersley (DK) book called Horses and Ponies edited by Sheila Brown. I got it from the juvenile/children's section of the library. The title indicates everything you need to know from bridles and breeds to jodhpurs and jumping. It is a very informative book with a lot of sections relating to types of horses, horse care, horse shelter, skills, riding equipment, the anatomy of horses, and what they eat to be healthy.
I like the book and would recommend it especially for people new to horses and ponies and juveniles learning more about horses.

Though it is matte the lipstick is very hydrating. It is perfect for those who enjoy bold colors.
