I bought the 15 ml/ 0.52 fl oz bottle of TiVoli nailpolish. I found the polish os great value for the money. It was streak free for the first 5 or 6 uses. The brush did not clump. After 6 uses it started to steak when applying it and slightly clump. I have tried other nail polishes where the brush has clumped right away. For $1.40 it is a great product. It comes in shimmer and matte colors. There is lots of variety of colors to choose from anywhere from nude neutrals, to shimmery cool and warm colours. -

I bought the 150ml bottle of St. Ives Apricot Scrub. It claims to gently exfoliate to reveal soft smoooth skin on the front of the bottle. Later I read the back of the bottle and it said it had a deep exfoliating factor. There are 3 exfoliation factors gentle, moderate, and deep. It is oil free and dermatologist tested, 100% natural exfoliants. It is sulfate and paraben free. The directions say to moisten the face with water, dispense the product onto fingertips and massage over face. Rinse with water. For best results use 3 or 4 times per week. I found that if the face isn't rinsed before you apply the product when I applied the product my skin was sore. The beads feel big and not fine. It claims it is Canada's #1 scrub brand. This award winning apricot scrub with 100% Natural Exfoliants deep cleans instantly leaving skin smooth and glowing. It is formulated without parabens, oil free and hypoallergenic. It worked better on my hands than the face. -

I bought the 400 ml bottle of lotion from dollarama for $4 + tax. It is a repairing lotion that garuntees hydration felt up to 7 days. It contains L-Bifidus + Shea Butter. Its formula is capable of optimizing the skins natural hydration reservoir while enforcing its protective barrier minimizing the evaporation effect to retain long lasting hydration. It is enriched with butter from the shea tree in West Africa. This hydrating lotion claims to replenish and soothe extra dry skin and relieve discomfort. It is fast absorbing, rich nourishing, non-greasy, and dermatologically tested. I have not used the product for a full 7 days in a row yet, however I can say upon the first usage the skin on my hands felt soothed. It is a lightly scented product that claims to after 7 days of use reduce dryness and roughness and increase the suppleness of skin. I will continue to use the product to see if it does this. I liked the product and would probably purchase it again. -

I bought the Conair Curling Iron. I use it for waves in my hair. I start with sections about inch each and curl the hair back and forth. I leave the hair on the wand for about 20 seconds. Then I take smaller sections of hair and curl them. The wand works well with that. The curl holds for about 1 hour unless it rains, snows, or is extemely windy outside. Hairspray doesn't hold the curl any longer. It just makes the hair more sticky. I liked the product and would use it again. -

The directions on how to use the product say to throughly clean the face with a cleanser at pat dry. Unscrew the cap and massage the mud with my fingertips evenly over the face and neck area but don't get close to the eyes or lips. Leave on for 10-15 minutes then gently rinse off with water. Use once a week for feel so fresh, so clean. Some pluses of this product are that it is PH Balanced, Hypo-Allergenic, Paraben Free, Alcohal free, has no SLS and is not tested on animals. When I applied the product after about 2 minutes it started to tingle and feel warm. It is a pretty good product. -

I bought the 0.07 OZ (2g) Pro Primer High Definitiion Eyeshadow Primer in the colour white from the pharmacy at U of M. It goes on thick very quickly if you press to hard. Apply lightly. At first I felt like I had clown makeup on. Once it was blended with the powder eyeshadow it created softer more vibrant color than applying the eyeshadow by itself. I liked it. It is a good product. -

I bought the 150 ml 5.07 FL OZ bottle of Vidal Sassoon Pro Series spray repair and finish from dollarama for less than $4. It claims to help repair signs of damaged hair. It creates a volumeshield to help protect the hair. It helps repair smoothness for silky hair, protect damaged hair from breakage. It has flexible hold to seal in and tame flyaways. The directions for using the product say to spray 6-8 inches from dry hair for a salon like finish, being careful not to apply directly to the roots. Spray into towel dried hair to prep for easy styling. When the directions are followed the hair has a bit of wave to it. The product is scented even if you smell your hair after spraying it. It is one extra step to the haircare routine, however the results are worth it. It is a nice product to use. -
