Fantastic smell, like coconuts Holds reasonably well, no flakes And the tub was massive. Sadly although Cantu do not test their final products on animals they do use ingredients that are.

It really does smell like pear drops, and lathers lovely. I have the whole range because I got excited by it and I love it. Really nice quite a crisp pear scent and the packaging is adorable.

I discovered this by total accident. And I am so glad. It's really a lovely easy to use Leave in. My hair is grade 3B with a mix of a few 3A and C's and I've only been doing my curly girl journey for about 9 months. This is one of the best for fragrance it's quite sweet and fresh but not nasty like some perfumed hair products. It's also fairly natural in my opinion. On AJs website you'll notice more info on how to care for various curl types and they even show you what they recommend from their own range to help with twist outs, bantou knots, braids and more. my only big meh about it is the plastic packaging. -

I have heard this gel is like the holy grail in the Curly Girl World and honestly I had no idea whether to buy or not. For a start, the pot alone is huge, I've never seen a gel pot that big in my life lol.
The smell is not bad either, usually I struggle with hair products because they are usually over perfumed and give me a headache. This left an awesome cast, and my curls look absolutely lush. Honestly don't know why I never bought it sooner.
