I was given a sample of Samuel black elderberry with vitamin C and zinc to try for free. I can't say much about the effectiveness of the immunity boost, as I only had a few gummies to try, but I can say that I was impressed with the taste. Not too sweet for 1st thing in the morning as I find some gummy supplements to be. I like that they are gluten free, vegan and have no artificial flavors, colours or preservatives. A healthy, delicious and easy way to boost one's immunity!

I received PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches for free to review. I have a 14 year old daughter, so it made the most sense to me to utilize her teen affliction of acne to review this product. Here is her honest response after using them last night... "It actually worked really well. The best part is, you can't even see them when they are on - you could wear it in public and no one would know! The only problem I had was getting them open. You would need really little fingers to open them. I used tweezers because I didn't know what else to do so one was a bit squished so you could see that one. There was a mark on my nose where I picked a zit, probably a week ago, or so. I put one on there and it was gone this morning! I definitely need more of these!" -

It is a simple, great quality toy that is easy for a 3 year old to figure out how to transform it. I was impressed with how easy it was to get out of the packaging as that is usually very difficult. She was super excited to see it in the box and absolutely LOVES playing with it. Rocky has had many adventures already!

I received a PAW Patrol Micro Movers with Al Truck Storage Case for free to review. When we opened the box myb3.5 year old granddaughter was beyond excited, especially to see that Chase was included. It was easy to get out of the packaging which made me happy. The 3 micro movers roll decently and have withstood a lot of wear and tear so far. The truck is easy to open with small hands and a great place to store many micro movers. It's definitely been a favourite in our house! -

I received a PAW Patrol Deluxe Mini Figures Big Rig Blind Pack for free to try. My 3.5 year old granddaughter was super excited but could not get the truck-shaped container opened so handed it to me to try. I struggled to open it as well. But once it was open, and Rubble was inside, she was no longer upset at all. The figure is solid and well made and has been carried around and well loved ever since, but the truck container it came in wasn't really ever used again. -

I received a Kinetic Sand Shimmer, Unicorn Kingdom Playset for free to review. Unfortunately the younger kids I thought were going to be here to play with it, are not here but I told my 12 year old daughter about it and she came over to check it out right away.
The colours are gorgeous! Nice and bright. The cardboard pieces are cute and thick enough to handle children, for awhile anyhow. Though I could see the rainbow getting bent quicker than the rest. My 12 year old enjoyed how it felt. Very soft but not at all sticky. She did have sparkles all over her hands after she was done. Something to keep in mind, again, for younger kids. The unicorn would probably appeal to younger girls as it eats and "poops". The tray that came with it was fantastic as it is a good size and made for easy clean up.
All in all we felt that it was very visually appealing and fairly versatile that it could be played with often and not get bored of it. The colours did blend when they were used together. I feel it would be perfect as a birthday or Christmas gift!

I received a bottle of ReaLemon Garlic Flavor Infusions for free and honestly at first I wasn't sure what to put it in. Then I decided to switch it for the regular lemon I put in my Lemon Fried Chicken recipe. It was delicious! A nice extra zing of garlic flavour without being overpowering. My whole family enjoyed it so I'll definitely be using it in that recipe again. Now to find some new recipes to try it in. -

I was excited to be given a bottle of Mott's Clamato Reserve for free to try. I enjoy a good caesar but usually get them when I am out as I generally can't seem to make a decent one at home. Mott's Clamato Reserve is a game changer! All I did was salt my glass and add vodka. Absolutely delicious! There was a hint of spice in the aftertaste without being too spicy and it is the perfect mix of flavours. I enjoyed it immensely after a long, hot day! -
