This one does it! It is very buildable and really does brighten my undereye area. It stays put all day with not touchups. It is a little expensive but a little goes a long way. Great product! -

Clarins Toning Lotion with Camomile
I recently tried this one and wow! This is one of the best toners that I have tried yet! (I have tried lots!) This one did not dry my mature skin, but also made it feel fresh and clean. It is a bit pricey but definately worth it.

Moroccanoil Extra Hold Hairspray
I have tested this spray and will be purchasing it in the future. It has a light scent, and holds my dry, damaged hair beautifully. It does not leave my hair feeling dry, or crunchy at all. It is a great, soft hold. Worth every penny!
