Boost is a great way to get protein without even knowing it. It's a nice alternative to those other instant protein mix. I love the fact that it doesn't taste anything so you can mix it with anything. Also since it doesn't taste anything you don't have to choose a flavor to buy and then maybe not even liking it! I like taking it in the morning because I'm not a big breakfast eater but I always drink something in the morning. -

I loved it so much that 2 days later I went to buy the chocolat flavored ones. I love the fact that it has 15g of proteins because my 3 year old is a really picky eater. I recommend this product very much. -
