Aveeno is a line that I’ve used and trusted for many years, so when I saw they were releasing this new line, I was sooo excited!!🥝🥝
In the past I always been a little sceptical about peel off masks... I just never felt they did much, but this Maxglow peel off mask completely surprised me!! It actually left my skin noticeably smoother and with a glow.
It has a light fresh scent and it comes out as a light pastel green colour (so fun!🥝) and as it dries it turns to a bright shiny, vivid green.
I found it easy to remove and it didn’t irritate my somewhat sensitive skin.
I always so great full for companies like Aveeno, that make quality skincare, that actually does what it claims, at a price most can afford!!

I was so pleased that each product delivered exactly what it promises!!
This sleep mask is no exception! I have normal/dry skin and after the winter we’ve endured here in Canada, my skin was begging for some moisture!
When I received this sleep mask, I quickly put it to use, slathering it on with its handy silicone applicator. (How handy! Truly mess free!) I woke up to glowing, extremely hydrated skin! The amount of hydration was unbelievable! After washing my face in the morning, my skin felt so hydrated that an additional moisturizer was optional... That is never the case for me!
The creamy mask has a light fresh scent, and didn’t irritate my sometimes sensitive skin at all!
One benefit I wasn’t expecting was how much nicer my makeup has been looking since using this sleep mask. My foundation goes on so much smoother, and any dry patches are a thing of the past! Thanks Aveeno!

Let me tell you it did not disappoint!
These Maxglow infusion drops, can either be used alone or mixed into your favourite moisturizer. I have done both and the radiance this light weight serum provides, is unreal!
This serum isn’t just good “for the price”, it’s just plain good!! It stands up against any of my high end products any day!
I can’t say I’m entirely surprised as Aveeno has long since been a favourite of mine. I have normal/dry skin that can be sensitive, and I know I can trust Aveeno to use ingredients that won’t irritate my skin, at a price most can afford!
In summary, these glow drops give a beautiful glow to the skin, hydrate the skin, absorbed quickly, and are non irritating...
An absolute winner in my books!
This is one product my skin won’t soon be without!

Upon receiving this product, I must admit I was sceptical! I was in desperate need of a root touch up, and the thought of a grey covering mascara sounded almost too good to be true!
Luckily I was wrong!
On my first attempt of application, I did go a little heavy handed, in a desperate attempt to rid myself of all traces of grey, and wound up with a few streaks that were a bit “sticky”. Once I calmed down and read the instructions, I used light feathery strokes, being careful to clean excess product off the wand. To my amazement, the greys vanished before my eyes and after just a few moments, my hair was dry to the touch!
Medium brown was a nice shade match, although in the future I’d love to see the addition of more colours, including perhaps a light brown.
This is a convenient product, that will see you through the time between salon visits. It washes out easily with shampoo yet stays put through out a busy day! Win, win!
I received this product for free for my review, however, I would absolutely repurchase!

The Dior Backstage foundation is quickly becoming my absolute favorite foundation amongst the many I currently own. I have recently been on a foundation "hunt" for the "one"... The one foundation that will do it all for my normal/dry skin. Something longwearing, glowy, but not too glowy, doesn't emphasize pores, and most importantly for me, doesn't settle into my smile lines!!
After an exhaustive search, that at times came close, but not perfect, I found Dior! This was the first foundation that I've tried from the Dior line, and let me tell you, it was love from day one!
This foundation is so longwearing, has a beautiful satin- matte finish, comes in a ton of shades and undertones and comes in a plastic bottle that is great for travel! I have to admit that at about the 8 hour mark, it does begin to settle into my smile lines just a bit, but every foundation does that on me, so to get 8 hours of perfect wear, is amazing!
If you are purchasing a Dior foundation, you are probably prepared for the price tag attached, however this foundation does come with 50ml instead of the usual 30ml, and I find at least for the coverage I'm looking for, a little goes a long way, therefore easing the sting of the $50 price tag a bit.
I did notice the typical "Dior" scent apon application, however it does dissipate after you blend. I found the scent appealing,but if you are sensitive to scents, just be aware.
Overall, I'd highly recommend if you are looking for a higher end foundation, or just want to treat yourself. This is a beautiful product and I will definitely be repurchasing again and again!

When I first read that this moisturizer was suitable for use on the face as well as the body and hands, I was a little skeptical, to say the least. Most moisturizers I've tried in the past, have been much too heavy for use on the face... This is different!
This Nivea Intensive Nourishment cream, is truly the "Goldilocks" of moisturizers! From the moment I first applied it to my skin, I could feel this cream was unique. It is a rich cream, with a slightly firm texture, yet as you work it into the skin, it completely melts into this milky, hydrating cream.
I found that if I applied this moisturizer in the morning, my normal to dry skin, still felt comfortable and hydrated in the evening, without reapplying. I also found it worked beautifully as a moisturizer under makeup. It never felt too heavy, which was such a nice surprise for what I thought was going to be strictly a body cream!
Another strong point of this Nivea moisturizer, is the value! The tub is a whopping 400mls, and retails on average for $10!!! Now that's a deal!
Overall, I'd absolutely repurchase and recommend this product! I'm so happy to have found this gem!

This cleansing water, is one of many that I've tried. I consider myself a skincare junkie, and feel that the first step in great looking, healthy skin, starts with clean skin!
I have been using this product for almost 2 weeks now, using it as part of a two step cleansing process, and I've really been enjoying it! After starting first with a cream cleanser, I follow with this micellar water on a cotton pad. It effectively removes all traces of makeup and residue, including waterproof mascara, which I found particularly impressive! My skin never felt tight or dry, always comfortable and hydrated.
I have a normal to dry skin type, and at times can be sensitive, and I very much enjoyed the fact that I was able to remove stubborn makeup including, liquid lipstick, waterproof mascara, and longwear foundation, all without ever irritating my skin.
Overall, I'd describe this product as gentle yet effective. It's definitely become a valuable member of my skincare team!! I will definitely purchase when I run out, and I've already recommend this micellar water to family and friends.

I have had my Yonanas frozen treat maker for a while now, but after a visit to my local frozen yogurt shop, I noticed that when they were making my "strawberry, raspberry" yogurt, they were just using a machine to mix up the frozen berries with a stick of frozen yogurt... I started thinking I could make this with my Yonanas, and save myself alot!
I purchased a bag of frozen mixed berries, and some frozen vanilla yogurt, and just alternated them into the machine. A handful of berries, followed by a scoop of yogurt, until I had made a delicious bowl of "strawberry, raspberry", at a fraction of the cost! It tastes EXACTLY the same! Such a nice treat especially for summer, or anytime!

This hairspray is unlike anything I've tried before! It is a light, medium, and maximum hold hairspray all in one! All you do is adjust the nozzle to the desired hold level and you're set. This one aerosol hairspray eliminates the need for multiple products. Previous to finding this gem, I was using one hairspray that was for light control, and I had another for maximum hold, which got a little pricy as I use hairspray almost every day.
The mist on this one is nice and fine, not sticky, and has a nice fresh scent. On the light setting, you can run your fingers through your hair and is perfect for a lasting blowout. When you mean business, and need your style to last all night, (think updos or curls) use the maximum hold setting. For lose beachy waves, the medium hold does the trick beautifully! Whatever you choose, you can count on your style lasting all day! This spray retails for$22 CAD and can be purchased online from designme.com.
