Hey I noticed your post about that Aveeno Eczema lotion for your
daughter and I wanted to also recommend you a body moisturizer called
Glaxal base. My daughter has had severe eczema since she was born and
it would never completely go away. Her Pediatrician recommended mixing
90% Glaxal base (100g) and 10% Glycerin which you can purchase at any
Walmart or Shoppers Drug Mart. I've used it ever since now with 1%
hydrocortisone (which needs to be prescribed), twice daily and it has
worked wonders. Not to mention, the bottle of glaxal
base has lasted us through all the seasons in a year. I have yet to try
Aveeno's Eczema body lotion, but their body wash & body oil
treatment for eczema only made my daughter's eczema more painful. I'll
definitely give that a try if we ever run out of these products. I hope
