I LOVE THIS STUFF!
I have fair-medium skin with a lot of freckles, though with age, my skin tone has become uneven.
I am not a huge fan of liquid foundations, the concept of applying a several different items on a day to day basis and then having to scrub my face at the end of the day. I wanted something that would allow my skin to breathe and still look like myself after I washed my face.
I love that it is quick and easy to apply, my freckles still show up, my skin tone is even and it looks natural. It is so light and perfect and I don't have to reapply throughout the day if I don't want to. I don't have to use a lot, as a little seems to go a long way. My skin feels good and it doesn't leave gross foundation marks on clothes. I can touch my face without being afraid of wiping it off! Woo hoo!
Using it almost everyday, my compact lasted almost a year! So for the 30 bucks I paid for it, it is a fabulous deal for me! I buy 2 shades. Fair for the winter and medium for the summer.
If I feel I need a little more coverage for evenings out, I use it as a finishing powder over my primer and sheer liquid foundation. My skin looks fantastic. No cakey mess, huge looking pores or gross make up lines. I made my closest friends buy it (4 have so far) and they all love it too! I also convinced my sister to buy it, who has troubled skin, and she has noticed a great improvement in her skin quality.
Love, love, love. That is what is in my heart for this compact. I will continue to buy it in the future and tell everyone I know (and don't) how much I enjoy Pur Minerals.
I noticed that Shopper's sometimes has trial starter packs available for about 30 dollars, which I feel is quite impressive considering you get blush, bronzer and the 4-in-1 and the quality is amazing and the product lasts.

I have been a die hard Olay Quench Fan since it came out and as I was walking by the Shopper's Drug Mart, I noticed they were having a clearance sale and I bought 2 (200mL) bottles of this lotion for $1.99 each, not thinking it was going to be anything special. I am not a huge fan of Vaseline lotions, but I am a sucker for a good deal.
It is so light, fresh and clean feeling. No greasy after effects. I can touch things without leaving a greasy fingerprint! It almost feels like talcum powder..
I enjoy the smell. It is faint and not overpowering. For some reason it reminds me of fresh laundry smell, which happens to make me feel happy and brighten my day.
As much as I really enjoy it, I will still be using my Quench as I have to reapply the Sheer Moisture several times during the day, but I am okay with that due to the unexpected perk of the happy vibes I feel when I put it on.
After trying it, I immediately regretted not buying every single bottle on the table. I feel it will be a staple product in my collection. Most definately worth a try. I bought the Botanical and the Vitamin. One smells like sun and one smells like spring to me. Love them both.

I have moderately long and full eyelashes and I am generally quite happy with them. I don't mind splurging on my mascara. Face lotion and mascara are my "must haves". Recently, I became unhappy with my regular mascara and decided to try something new. I was extremely disappointed.
I like my mascara to have several qualities. Easy to apply, lengthening, a little volume and non-clumping with no flaking. Too much to ask? Probably, as I can't seem to find a tried and true love yet.
My first application went fine. I wasn't in love, which saddened me as I paid $30 to BE in love, but it seemed all right. I didn't notice a difference in the length and the volume wasn't anything to talk about. This mascara had no "wow" factor for me at all. As the days went on, I started to notice horrible clumping action(biggest pet peeve in a mascara). As well, it was hard to remove. (I use the Lancome makeup remover) This clumping continued to get worse and I started to blame myself, figuring that the mascara was high quality, so it must be me(my application technique, body chemistry). Perhaps it is, but I stopped using it because I can't handle the clumping and my eyelash quality seems to have deteriorated, perhaps from the effort to remove the mascara. They don't seem as long or pretty anymore.
I even bought an eyelash comb to use it and then kicked myself for spending 15 bucks on an eyelash comb so I could use it with an already expensive mascara. Silly me. I used this mascara for approximately a 3-4 weeks before saying goodbye to it.
On the positive side, there was no flaking and I didn't mind the brush. Unfortunately, this is not enough for me to consider purchasing this mascara again nor shall I recommend it to my friends.
