I received a sample of the Sambucol Gummies to try and this is my finding. The samples said to take 1 - 2 gummies per day. I therefore tried them over 2 days. I found the flavourful quite over powering and the texture extremely gritty. It was almost as if I had sand in my mouth. Whether or not the gummies do what they claim to do, is hard ro gauge in 2 days. However, given the taste and texture I would not recommend nor will I be buying them in the future.

Arbonne Baby Herbal Diaper Rash Cream
Although this is a little pricey, it is worth every penny!! Also it lasts! A little bit goes a long way. This is by far, the best diaper cream I have ever bought! When nothing else will cure that diaper rash, this stuff will! Awesome! :)

This stuff is HORRIBLE! I don't know what they put in it, but no matter how hard or long I shook it, there was always goop in the bottom. Save yourself the waste of money and just buy homo milk!

We stopped in here for a quick bite before attending a function at Hamilton Place. It's nice and close to there so easy to walk to. The food was good and the environement fun. Typical sports bar/pub style. The only thing was we had told the waitress we were in a hurry and that didn't seem to matter. After waiting a long time we asked if it was almost ready and her response was 'they're going as fast as they can'. I guess they were over whelmed with the big crowd of guys they had in there. Anyway, aside from the service being slow, it was pretty good. -
