The house itself is pretty sturdy. My husband and I used one of the many YouTube videos while assembling it which made it go a lot quicker. The pieces are clearly labelled with stickers and there is one type of screw so all you need is a philips driver. The accompanying furniture is good quality with cute details. Be careful if using real water in the pool or hot tub as the decal paper will peel off of the board. The dolls are expensive and I find them and the other pieces all over the house so it’s worth the $260 if they stay in the house    -
