I have done both the online and the meeting version and I find I miss the leaders talks and the one to one support and the accountability of the meetings. The program does work if you follow it and you can find support from the on-line communities. I think it depends on your motivation and what kind of environment works best for your weight loss efforts. -

They are unscented so baby does not have any reactions. They are thick enough and textured so you don't feel like they are going to tear. I use them for my baby and also my 1st grader for messy hands and faces. -
