Premier Protein premade chocolate shakes are so good! They literally taste like chocolate milk and they have 30g of protein AND 1g of sugar!!!! They are a bit pricey at $32.99 at Costco for 18, but the convenience and taste makes it worth it!

I was so excited to find this product at my local walmart, it was perfect for my Paleo eating plan being dairy and gluten free. I couldn’t have been more disappointed! It has zero flavour whatsoever and you would literally need half the small carton to whiten your coffee. And I paid $3.99, total waste of money in my opinion. -

Joe & Barb’s No Frills in Kingsway Village in Oshawa is and has always been my go to grocery store! Their prices are great and I love all the PC products they carry. They recently changed their opening time to 830am from 8am AND my complaint at 8am opening was always that they only had the express checkout opened at 8am and added one other cashier at 830 which often wasn’t enough.
Now they don’t open until 830am and still with only the express cashier until 9am, bad for customer service. There’s nothing I hate worse then waiting in huge line ups that could be unavoidable.

We bought a package of this Greek Yogurt Japapeno Dip at Costco - two 454g tubs for $6.99 with a super long expiry date. This is sooooo good and healthy at the same time! I have been taking these collagen supplements for 2 months - 6 tablets a day which I find to be a lot. I started taking them for joint pain but they say it can take up to 5 months to notice any difference in that regard so i'm on the fence, it has however made my hair grow crazy fast and my nails! So for hair and nails it's great, joint pain i'm still waiting. The price was right as they were purchased at Costco for $20 but taking 6 tabs a day is not fun, when this bottle is gone I will switch to a powder. -

People always ask me about my skin, I have been blessed with great skin and the only product I have ever used is Life Brand Vitamin E cream! It has no perfumes added like many others do, I use it every morning after my shower on my face and neck and again at bed time. It is reasonably priced and often goes on sale. I have tried many other Vitamin E creams and after 15 years of use, none of them compare to this one. -
