They are fully cooked so I warmed it in the microwave for 2 minutes and finished it off in the air fryer. Perfect! They are also weightwatcher friendly at 4 points (green). I'll buy them again. -
These are great tasting little bars, but find them a little pricey, I think they were close to $ 7.00 for 10 little bars, but they to give you something sweet and chocolaty to eat when you have a craving without going overboard on junk food

It's a great marinade, a little salty is you're not used to using a lot of salt. All in all it was enjoyable. It also had the benefit of being low calorie and oil free.

I bought this yesterday at No Frills as it was on sale for $1.00 loaf. It was tasty, smaller size slices, and being on weightwatchers, it came out to 1 pt (green) per slice (3 if you have 2).

I was a little wary about buying this flour from India as I wasn't sure how it would be for bread baking. So far, I'm impressed, I've made pizza dough, and whole wheat multigrain bagels. Both turned out great. It's well worth the price.

Although one of the containers had a hole in the side, they seem to be very solid for my needs (big salad for my lunches and vegies to snack on instead of reaching for junk.)
