I was so excited to try this! I have naturally blonde hair, and planned on going purple for an upcoming event (and a while after while it washed out!). My hair matches the box for the darkest blonde it is recommended for before lightening.
Before I dove head first, and while I still had time to get the pastel mix-in formula if it was too dark for my liking, I did a test strip on the bottom back of my head, which would be totally hidden even if I did a big enough piece to really tell how it goes.
The instructions are confusing, with the outside saying put it on dry hair and the inside saying on damp hair. I try dry, first, since it was anyway! I pin most of my hair up, except for a chunk in the back, and go to town. I put a lot of electric purple gel-cream of my gloved hands, and work it onto the hair. The colour in the gel started to fade immediately into the hair, but I layer it on, and then wait. I gave it a full half hour (go all out, and cut back later. That's my motto!). When I go to wash it out... Nothing. I wash the purple tinged water into the sink, dry the section... and it's the same colour. Not purple-ish. Not something that might be considered a pink or a blue. It was blonde. So, I try again. This time I wash my hair, towel dry and try a section on the other side of my head. Half an hour, and another rinse later, and my hair is as blonde as when I started.
I checked the next day to see if there was any change to the curing colour, and again, absolutely nothing.
I'm really disappointed by this product.

I loved the product. Cooling and almost gel-like, it went on so smooth and soaked in fast! It was the perfect primer for my skin and my makeup stayed strong all day, working with this moisturizer.
There is no real scent (a definite win for me!), and overall I'm pleased!
I would definitely pick this up again.

St. Ives Cleanse & Hydrate Aloe Wipes were awesome. The fabric is soft, but with enough to it to pull away makeup and grime. The solution on them is not heavily scented, and leaves skin feeling silky, not sticky. The packaging sealed well, and didn't open up, drying out the product.
Overall, with a relatively inexpensive price point, these are an all around hit! I would definitely pick up a package of these, and will be looping them into my regular rotation of products!

I tired the NIVEA Essential Lip Balm for ChickAdvisor, and it was decent. Scent free and light, it kept my lips hydrated without being gross and caked up. It is simple, clean and easy. I would definitely pick this up again.

I love a good cleansing wipe. They are great for quick removal in a pinch. I was excited to try NIVEA Cream Care Facial Cleansing Wipes for ChickAdvisor. These wipes were no better or worse than my normal wipes, but they also didn't make me break out like some wipes do, so they were decent. I would pick these up if they were on sale next to my regular brand. They're gentle but thorough. They don't dry the skin and did a great job, generally. -

I tried NIVEA's Protect & Care Antiperspirant/Deodorant for Chickadvisor. The product worked well enough, but I didn't like the scent of it. I honestly found it a little masculine. I was conscious of the scent until at least noon, when I stopped smelling it occasionally. On the antiperspirant side, it did a decent job. I don't know what the protection content is, as it's not posted anywhere, but it did a decent job. It's only because of the scent that I wouldn't buy this again. -

I didn't know what to initially think about NIVEA Creme Care All in One Facial Cleansing Lotion when I first got it to try from ChickAdvisor. It is a weird concept. Put on dry skin, massage in, and wither wipe it off with a cloth or disposable cotton pad, or wash with water. I tried it both ways, and honestly it didn't work at all. After using it, removing it and letting my face dry, I took a cleansing cloth over my face to see what was left... and it was a LOT! I definitely wouldn't recommend buying this product. -

I was excited to try a battery operated toothbrush! As soon as I got it, I took it out of the package and turned it on... and it was loud. Really loud.
When I went to brush with it later, it was still loud, but now pressed against the teeth and bone in my jaw. So everything was amplified. And if the plastic hit the teeth? Rattles all over. Honestly, I didn't get any better clean than when I use my regular brush, and that one I can use in the shower.
This one won't be replacing my current brush...

LOVE these wipes! My face can feel dehydrated and tight, with some products, but after cleansing with these, it feels great! You don't have to scrub makeup off, either. The solution they use is gentle but effecting in its cleaning.
