I have sensitive acne prone skin and this cream did not aggravate it. The texture is nice and it goes on easily. It has helped to reduce some of the post acne inflammation and redness and has not dried out my skin as other retinols can do. I will continue to use this as the results will get better and better over time -

I have very sensitive skin and have never been able to use bar soap of body wash without it irritating my skin, making it feel tight and dry and triggering my eczema . My mother and siblings have the same issues. My parents only ever used this Dove soap as it was the only thing on the market that did not irritate them or us kids. My mother even claims that her wrinkle free complexion is due to only using this soap to wash her face and following it with Nivea cream (the original). This has been her go to beauty routine for over 30 years. Although there are many more soap options for me on the market today (i prefer organic and chemical, SLS free) this is still the soap my husband and family use -

Its so great on greese n grime, I even use it to shine n clean stove top and it is the only thing that removes the hard water stains from my shower glass (you mix it with vinegar, Google it). -
