It has pretty much everything stored with the calorie amounts, plus you can add your exercise to it each day as you go and it will adjust your calories for the day. This app has been amazing in assisting me to learn just how many calories are in something you reach for without thinking. Give it a try i bet some of the things you eat will surprise you with how many calories are in it. -

Holy Smokes is this stuff great. I have thin fine limp hair. It doesnt seem to grow much at all. I started taking this as a less costly alternative to the trendy "It Works" brand. I had seen reviews about Biotin supplements causing acne so i tried this with hesitation. My skin looks amazing, my nails have grown like crazy and gotten much stronger and MY HAIR GREW!! Like not just a little, ALOT. I will be a regular purchaser of this product forever. A+++ -
