I break out easily to face moisturizers but this one didn't make me break out! It's thick but spreads nicely so you only need a little at a time. I use it every night now :)

Revlon ColorStay Eyeliner
I love the Eyeline! It goes on very smoothly and doesn't smudge (unless you're purposely trying to then it will). I find I only have to press my finger up once in awhile during the day on the corner of my eye to make sure it hasnt come down a little... +

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of this product just because the bottle is a little small for its price. However, my boyfriend decided to try it when I got some and he always uses it on his back now. He has dry skin on his back and would break out... +

He has dry skin on his back and would break out all the time, now it has gotten a lot better and he says his back isn't itchy all the time anymore either! -
