I am in love with Love Beauty and Planet products. The first time I used the shampoo I loved the scent, the lather, and the way it rinsed clean. My hair felt clean, and I felt good about using a product by a brand that is committed to providing clean, sustainable beauty. This shampoo has everything I look for in a product, AND more. We should all care more about our environment. This shampoo comes in a recycled bottle and does a good job of being a natural and ethically sourced. Like I said, I love to love Love Beauty and Planet coconut milk and white jasmine shampoo! -

I am a bottle blonde. I have naturally dark tresses, so it takes a lot of work and products to keep my hair blonde, and it certainly takes a toll on my locks. They are dry, frazzled, and damaged, so I rely heavily on hair products to keep my hair manageable. I was excited to try a miracle masque that I can pick up when I buy my groceries, and won't break the bank!
I just happened to have a whole selection of John Frieda Go Blonde products, so I made sure to shampoo with go blonder shampoo. When I first used the mask, I was surprised by the scent...it didnt smell like lemons. Not really a big deal to me, but for some reason I was expecting it to be lemon scented. I applied a generous amount, as I have a LOT of hair - at least half of the (very small) 105ml bottle, and I left it on for 5 minutes. I will say my hair felt conditioned, but it certainly did not feel like the "miracle masque" I was hoping for. Maybe after continued use? I am not sure.

I was so excited when I received this product free to try from ChickAdvisor. I use hyaluronic acid in my facial regimen because I have dry skin, and it truly is one of the most effective ingredients to provide adequate hydration. When I heard that Neutrogena had come out with a body lotion that works like a facial serum, I was immediately interested.
When I first used the product I noticed it had a gel like texture, and applied with a slightly tacky, but smooth feel, just like a facial serum. I love the scent. It has such a fresh feeling. At first, I thought, okay, it feels like a nice lotion. No big deal. But when I got ready for bed, and changed into my pajamas, I could not believe how soft and perfectly smooth my skin felt. This is most definitely not like every other lotion. It worked miracles on my sandpaper skin. I am absolutely in love. Game Changer.

This keeps them dry, and my shoes don't get stinky. -

Sadly, I also did not notice that it improved the appearance of my skin, nor did it give my makeup any staying power. Nice looking, but ineffective. -

I have used Toleriane sensitive by La Roche-Posay for the past 5 days and I have to say, I really love this product. There are so many things to like. It is completely scent free. It has a beautiful texture that is not too thick, and not too liquidy, but absorbs quickly with no greasy feel. Best of all, it actually hydrates my skin, and I feel like my skin is actually healthier from using it daily.
I typically have dry skin that tends to look flaky when I apply makeup. I have always struggled to find a moisturizer that eliminates the flakiness without causing irritation. This product does exactly what I need it to do!
The only drawback in my opinion, is the price. $31 CAD is expensive for 40 ml of product. The amount I used per day, the tube would end up lasting me 2 weeks at the most. That would mean around $65 a month to use this product daily. Definitely a drawback for me. The packaging is also pretty basic considering the price point.
I would certainly recommend this product to anyone, not just sensitive skin sufferers. It is truly a wonderful product that works very well, and I am so glad Chickadvisor provided me with the opportunity to try it for free.

I have to admit that I am definitely lazy when it comes to dyeing my hair, so I was extremely interested in trying Schwarzkopf Root retoucher. My first impressions of the product were certainly favorable! I liked that it covered my pesky, shiny, greys fairly well. I liked that it went on easy - It doesn't take more than 10 seconds to touch up your roots. Who doesn't love saving time? I liked that it didn't leave my hair feeling sticky or weird. I was expecting my hair to feel coated and dirty, but it combed through easily, with no heavy feeling. The things I didn't like about this aren't really significant. I really would like to see this product come in a wider range of shades. I have dark blonde hair, but this shade of retoucher was simply too dark to match my roots. I also found that it comes out in a pretty forceful stream making it somewhat difficult to get an even application, but I am sure this is something that would improve with repeated use of the product. Overall, I would say I would absolutely buy this product for regular use. I think it would come in handy! -

The product pilled and rolled on my skin, no matter what combination of clean skin, moisturizers or serums I tried. It also did not make my make up last. At this price point, it is hardly worth it. -
