I have loved the whole amande line from L'Occitane because of the scent, so naturally this shimmering oil was an instant favourite because of the lovely smell. I personally enjoy wearing gourmand scents and even citrus perfumes layer beautifully with the subtle almond smell of this body oil - and the oil seems to make my scents last longer, which is fantastic! The nourishing properties of the almond oil are great, it absorbs fast and leaves my skin feeling softer and hydrated for a long time. The golden sparkles are lovely, and they leave an almost sunkissed glow on your skin. I love applying it on my hands especially when I wear henna because it just elevates the look! I'm very pale naturally and it doesn't look too 'over the top' as some shimmer oils that I've tried before, which is great - and it's not too much sparkle for it to look unnatural, it's simply a very sunkissed glow that you get from this shimmering oil.

Absolutely love this warm, citrus blend! It makes the home smell like autumn all around, I love using this oil in my diffuser and the spicy notes add such a nice layer to the home. I used the pure orange oil before and feel like this one is a more complex scent blend that still has strong citrussy notes which I love! Will be perfect for fall and winter, or all year round if you love the warm freshness of this oil!

I really enjoy this oil both in a diffuser for aromatherapy, and as a topical application mixed with my favourite carrier oils to massage onto my sore muscles. I've used it on my wrists before going to bed which helps a lot after a long day, and also after workouts on the muscles I worked on and it's helpful in relaxing those muscles and prevent soreness the next day!

Shea Butter is one of the main ingredients in this body cream, and I was positively surprised that this formula didn't leave me oily or greasy, but absorbed quickly as opposed to other body butters that are made with shea butter. I usually apply this body cream in the evening and wake up with soft skin that lasts all day, you also don't need a lot of product to get deeply moisturized. Another huge aspect I value in this body cream is the option to buy a refill and the overall initiatives for sustainability taken by L'Occitane. I did research on what else they do, and the shea butter used in this body cream is sustainably sourced and supports women owned cooperatives in Burkina Faso and Ghana, which I'm super excited to see!

This was my first experience with a concentrated product, so I'm a newbie - but definitely considering the switch to more concentrated selfcare products! First of all, I like that you get more actual valuable skincare-relevant ingredients in the product than just paying for water. I didn't feel like I needed moisturizer afterwards, the shower concentrate was really soothing and nourishing to my skin. Secondly, Everist is obviously committed to the cause of sustainability and not just greenwashing like many other brands unfortunately are... That's a huge factor for me personally, as I value their honesty and transparency as well as the consistency across the product formulation, packaging and other products that are offered. The fact that they include the metal key and don't expect consumers to buy their own is also helpful, as I have given other products with metal packaging a try before and got quite frustrated with the difficulty to use it without waste - so my compliments to the person who decided to include it, a very small detail but much appreciated as a consumer! As for the smell, I found it to be very subtle - perfect if you're sensitive to overpowering smells, but personally for my liking it should either be stronger or completely scent-free. That's probably the one thing I hope Everist will change and add to their selection - a completely scent-free option without any essential oils so their products are suitable for little ones! As a mom I'd love to be able to make the switch to an entirely sustainable shower routine, and I love the nourishing benefits for my skin so I'd assume it would be fantastic for my baby, just not an option as long as the products are scented. Other than that, I am beyond impressed with the shower concentrate and the konjac sponge. That's another huge change for my routine - I tried loofah sponges and hated how harsh they felt, a bunch of other natural sponges just didn't feel right to me. This sponge is nice to squish and has a bouncy feel to it, soft on the skin, lathers the product well - so it's safe to say that this will definitely be repurchased!

There are many reasons why I love this milk concentrate - let's start with the smell: I love the amande product line because the almond scent is so sophisticated yet slightly sweet, and it lasts long. Same as the long lasting hydration you get from this cream - I apply it in the evening and my skin is so soft when I wake up! I couldn't believe my skin is that soft, truthfully I haven't had any skincare product show such effects. The formula is great for my skin - it's not drying like a lot of lotions, and not greasy like body butters, it's a lightweight cream that absorbs fast and provides deep nourishment. Lastly, I personally really appreciate L'Occitane's commitment to nature and planting almond trees in the provence.

The whipped almond shower cleanser transforms your shower into a summery-sweet almond field, leaving your skin nourished and soft!
If you’ve tried any of their products from the 'amande' series, you know the irresistible smell i’m talking about - if you don’t know what i’m talking about, get yourself this shower cream, you won’t be disappointed. The almond oil leaves your skin so soft and the smell will linger on your skin for hours! I do have sensitive skin and haven't experienced any reaction to L'Occitane products, on the contrary - I feel like they're formulated for me. My skin is always left smoother and feels softer than before, and their scents are gentle and not overpowering!

As I have textured skin, I sometimes struggled with creme or liquid blushes, but this one did not accentuate my imperfections - it looked dewy and healthy for a long time! Additionally, I love the applicator shape - I like to add a tiny bit of blush on my nose and the tip of this applicator is perfect to do so. Overall a wonderful product, I am going to buy more shades for sure! -
