Nice soap for those who seek natural ingredients. I opted for the rainforest bar. It's nice and earthy, not too strong in scent but definitely works like soap should!

Sensodyne Rapid Relief Toothpaste
This is the only toothpaste I feel comfortable using. I have mild sensitivity and notice a huge difference if I start using another brand other than this one. Taste is not too overpowering which is nice.

Aveda Bontanical Kinetics Exfoliant
I like this exfoliant because it's easy to use (just put on cotton ball) and spread on skin. It's gentler than the beaded exfoliants. Recommended to use at night.

This mask is really good for dry rough hair. It smells amazing and works really quick. You only need a little because it spreads so nicely. Would buy again!

This is the only hair product that has ever amazed me. I recieved it as a gift. First, the smell of the product is AMAZING! Second, I used it on wet hair after a shower and it helped me comb through my usually tangled hair. It worked instantly to soften and detangle my hair. Lastly, I go to bed with damp hair and when I wake up my hair is ready to go! My hair is defrizzed, soft, tame and natural in the morning. I used to have so many issues to doing my hair but this made it easy to spray and go. -

I use protein to put into smoothies after all of my workouts. I was excited to get to try this protein for free from ChickAdvisor. It's unflavoured which I usually never go for, but I'm glad I got to try. I appreciate the simplicity of the ingredients - just whey and soy. This makes me comfortable knowing what I am consuming and not having any extra unnecessary sugars added.
I made my smoothie with BOOST just protein, water, a frozen banana and some peanut butter powder to give it flavour. I taste a bit of the protein powder, even when prized real well, as it was a bit gritty. I think it would have tasted better if it was flavoured with vanilla or chocolate. However, it works well as a protein and I like the small container it comes in - easy to keep anywhere if I need a BOOST!
I would recommend this as a simple protein for those who need to add more to their diet. I would recommend a chocolate/ vanilla version if there is one - or at lease mix with lots of fruits or something to make it a bit tastier.
