I've been using the Urban Decay eye pencils for more than 5 years. They are excellent however you do need to reapply if worn all day as it will fade from time to time. I own this product in several colours and have tried others. This works the best...   +

I've been using the Urban Decay eye pencils for more than 5 years. They are excellent however you do need to reapply if worn all day as it will fade from time to time. I own this product in several colours and have tried others. This works the best for me so far!    -
