My Apple Watch has been totally worth the splurge. It's definitely an investment, but I've noticed that I'm more active and on my phone less since getting an Apple Watch! The notifications on my wrist allow me to check my phone less often which limits distractions. The watch also notifies me when I've gone an hour without being active, and that has really helped me be more aware of how I'm spending my time. Another great feature is that you can set activity challenges with your friends and family so that you're encouraging each other to be more active. (It's very fun!) -
