A decent tasting regular yogurt. I usually only eat Greek yogurt, as regular yogurt tends to be too runny, but I wanted to try this out. Comes out of the pouch in a nice, thick-enough consistency, not too runny at all. A nice, delicate flavour, and only a hint of vanilla flavour, which is great because some vanilla flavours are overpowering and off-putting. This yogurt is easy to pour from it's convenient pouch container, and tastes great in smoothies -- a fab consistency for smoothies, too.

A tasty herbal tea. Subtle cinnamon and apple flavour, so not too overpowering. Tastes quite natural. Doesn't require much sweetening, and I often drink it on its own as a way to stay hydrated all day. Lovely cinnamon scent to it.
