I am what I consider a knower of shakes. I am a girl who not only cares about her health but likes being fit and looking good. I have tried tons of protein shakes over the years from powders to prepackaged to vegan. I have spent thousands of dollars in like every flavour. Except Vanilla. I am not a vanilla fan
So, to be honest I was very skeptical.
First off I liked the packaging. It was like a tetra pack. Environmentally friendly. The design and colours reminded me too much of those nutrition drinks for elderly people though.
I was not sure what to expect as I like any food that is vanilla. I took a little sip. Surprisingly yummy. Smooth, not too thick or watery. Not too sweet or bad aftertaste. Reminded me of a vanilla milkshake. Knowing I wouldn't drink it alone I got creative. I was making a smoothie and was gonna add almond milk. I thought, Nope! Premier Protein. Delicious! And more filling. I was making a powdered green shake and since it was gonna be my dinner I wanted more nutrition. More vanilla protein shake!!! Made it so much more tasty than normal and kept me full!
I couldn't believe the whopping 30 grams of protein for 130 calories. Plus, a whole bunch of vitamins and electrolytes!!! It's even low carb!!!
Too good to be true! I might buy more but honestly Chocolate is my one love. If you love vanilla though it is a perfect shake to throw in your purse!
The only issue I had was there were some naughty ingredients. I try to eat really clean and there were more artificial ingredients than I like to consume. Though I do have ibs and some lactose intolerance and it did not bother me at all. I would still keep this in my fridge, definitely.

So, to be honest I was skeptical.
First off I liked the packaging. It was like a tetra pack. Environmentally friendly. The design and colours reminded me too much of those nutrition drinks for elderly people though.
I was rushing out the door to yoga and an appointment (late as usual) and grabbed one of these last second.
My first reaction was YUM! I've had so many gross protein shakes over the years. This tasted so smooth and chocolatey. Not too thick but fulfilling. Not too sweet. No nasty after taste. I actually had to re-look at the package because no way was this good for me. I couldn't believe the whopping 30 grams of protein for 130 calories. Plus, a whole bunch of vitamins and electrolytes!!! It's even low carb!!!
Too good to be true! I will definitely be buying more. So, easy tasty and healthy. It actual has more protein and tastes better than my $95 health store protein powder.

Starbucks Narino 70 Cold Brew Coffee
This is dooo good. They brew the coffee for 20 hours so it is super rich and dark. I only get a splash of coconut milk in it but you can add a flavour shot to it. I always get the largest size and it's only a few bucks. I'm in love.
