Scentsy washer whiffs

Laundry does not come out smelling like scent in container. Washed some on hot some on cold & by the 4th load was up to 4 scoops. However I have washed my hands several times and they still smell like BlackBerry vanilla & are very soft so I plan to...   +

Laundry does not come out smelling like scent in container. Washed some on hot some on cold & by the 4th load was up to 4 scoops. However I have washed my hands several times and they still smell like BlackBerry vanilla & are very soft so I plan to put a scoop in my bath water tonight. I'll report back on how that goes.    -
