I always wanted to try almond milk because I heard it's a great option instead of soy or hemp! I bought Earth's Own Almond on the Go! 250ml boxes and love them! They sell individually or in sets of 3 for under $4 in chocolate or vanilla! It's a light, easy snack with only 110 calories! Very tasty and a great source of calcium and a great dairy-free option! -

It does have a lot of lot of the vitamins you need, but it's pretty high on carbohydrates and sodium! I do find that it does fill me up and acts as a diuretic in the morning for me. I drink the creamy chocolate with 2% lactose milk! -

I take one of these beauties everyday with my breakfast! They are a tad big and very yellow, but if you don't have a problem with swallowing pills, they go down easy enough! I do feel they give me an added boost of energy throughout the day (and when I don't take it, I feel it!) They do have that yucky vitamin taste! Don't be alarmed if your urine becomes a bright yellow! It's just the vitamins running through! Drinks lots of water, and you'll notice it's not as bright! -

Recently, for a friends birthday, us girls decided to take a trip down to Niagara-on-the-Lake to a spa/inn we'd heard so much about! The Pillar and the Post spa/inn is super close to their little downtown and has the same vibe and feel you get when visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake! It's quaint, and quiet, and everything you need to relax!
We had breakfast at the Inn's restaurant, which was fairly priced and well served! We then proceeded to the spa area! They have a big salt water pool (they share with the guests staying at the inn, not just the spa people) which was warm and quiet! Beautifully decorated! The spa itself is quite small, but clean and peaceful! The change rooms are however very small and crowded! They have a natural spring in the back near the massage rooms and waiting lounge which is beautiful! I had a Swedish massage which was just ok! The price however was a tad more expensive than I've had in the past at other spas! You don't get a lot of bang for your buck at this spa, but it was a great little escape out of the city! The staff is friendly and helpful! And if you're looking to visit the town, it's a 2 minute walk away! :)

St. Anne's Spa is nestled in Grafton, ON along a country road! It's the most relaxing place EVER! The grounds are huge and the main house is where the treatments and meals take place! They offer a ton of spa services and packages, but the one I did was the Spa Day package at $175! This included:
• 3-course lunch
• afternoon tea
• $100 spa allowance
• 1 group wellness class of your choice (yoga, hiking, meditation, equestrian services)
• complete use of the facilities
The lunch and afternoon tea are so good and such a treat and the best part, you get to eat in the restaurant in your spa robe! The main house has a steam room and whirl pool, cold dip, and small pool! The do have an olympic sized pool on the grounds, but since it was March, it wasn't open! They have comfortable lounging rooms and there's just an overall feel of aaaaahhhhhhh while you're there! The change rooms are fully loaded and have great rain showers! The main house has rooms upstairs that they do rent overnight, but they also have cottages along the property if that's your preference! I got the BEST Swedish massage in my life ever at St. Anne's! We've made this a regular girl's trip once a year since we first went there 3 yrs ago!
Tip: ssshhh, here's a secret tip! If you go for the day but decide you want to stay the night... if they have extra rooms available, you can get one for as little as $99 for the night! :) Enjoy!

After using the Crest Whitestrips once and not wanting to do it again (when I noticed a slight change in colour) I started using the Crest 3D White Advanced toothpaste and noticed a difference within a week! I like it so much I recommended it to my brother who is a big coffee and cigarette kinda guy and even noticed a huge difference on him! It's a decent price point to! -

Granted, they weren't too horrible to begin with seeing as I'm not a smoker or pop drinker, but nonetheless, the results were great! :) -

I love playing with colours and different shades, so naturally when I see coloured mascara, I'm all for it! I recently purchased this DiorShow Mascara in blue at Sephora! It goes on great! Soft and silky, but if you want the blue to really stand out, you need to apply a few thin coats! It's so fun and suits a girl's night out or if you're just feeling fun and funky! There were other coloured mascaras in the store which where more affordable (this one is $25) but I've used Dior mascaras before and prefer them!

I recently visited a Victoria Secret and realized they offer a lot of different lotions and perfumes that are actually really well priced and smell great! Their Coconut Passion perfume comes in a small 50ml bottle and cost about $10, but let me tell you, this is one of my favourite summer scents! It's fruity and sexy and reminds me of a tropical destination! I carry it in my purse all the time and get a ton of compliments on it! The size might seem small, but it has long staying power and you don't need more than a pump or two! It's part of a whole line! You can get the mist, body wash, and lotion in the same scent as well! -
