I contacted their customer service to cancel an order just 10 minutes after placing the order. They told me they could not cancel the order due to impact on product integrity. What impact to product integrity? The product has not even been packaged...   +

I contacted their customer service to cancel an order just 10 minutes after placing the order. They told me they could not cancel the order due to impact on product integrity. What impact to product integrity? The product has not even been packaged yet. Either their customer service is too lazy, or has poor material controls, to stop preparation of the shipment. Note that I told customer service that I intended to place a new order with different flavors based on a recently discovered Christmas wish list- so they would have still gotten the business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.    -
