We tried the Panoxyl overnight patches and loved them! We both used the small option and after we cleansed and placed the patch on our zit, you couldn't even feel the patch! At one point I thought it fell off, but nope, just that great. In the morning we took them off and could visibly see a difference. Not just on the affected area but on the patch as well. -
