First time using their service. I usually use Walmart. My order was supposed to be ready between 2 and 3. It is now after 3 and it is still not ready. I've been sitting in the car for over an hour! An email or text notifying me of the delay...   +

First time using their service. I usually use Walmart. My order was supposed to be ready between 2 and 3. It is now after 3 and it is still not ready. I've been sitting in the car for over an hour! An email or text notifying me of the delay would have been appreciated. I will never use their service again. Walmart is way more professional and I receive updates on my order prior to pick up.    -
