okay so i was looking for a bikini trimmer and i found that this razor had both, the first time i used it i loved it the trimmer get pretty close and the razor side worked good as well, i have had it for a couple months now and i only shave my bikinni area maybe i to 2 times a months at first i loved it but just today out of the blue my trimmer started to sound like it was dying so i thought that maybe i should put a new battery in( btw i wasn't even finished shaving) so i put in a new battery and i pressed the button and it just completely stopped working i was so aggravated it i tried 3 different batteries and i even tried putting it in multiple ways but still no result and i'm disappointed in a product that i highly recommended when i first got it, so all in all you should just invest in another duo or trimmer because the refills are about $10 at least and the trimmer only works for a small period of time i have read other reviews today that said the same.    -
