Very quick and easy to make. Portion size was excellent for lunch. You can take this to work and heat up in microwave. More flavor than others I have tried by other brands. Some brands the veges go mushy. Not enough sauce and they are dry. This was very good. Will definitely buy again. -

Hot chocolates are delicious. Love the dark chocolate ones. Even the apple ciders are good. I make the cold version. There is so much variety. Alot of stores you can mix and match, so you can try one and not have to buy a whole box of one kind and find out you don't care for them. I bought the my k cup. I buy a can of tim hortons coffee and a bag of McDonalds coffee and make my own in the Keurig. I have this on hand when I run out of Kcups. I will never part with my Keurig. -

Mouth teeth feel clean all day. No plaque feeling. I like that it doesn't foam up like other toothpastes. You don't have a mouth full of foam. Will buy again. -

My teeth feel so clean after using this toothbrush. On the back of the toothbrush is for the tongue. My goodness it works great. My mouth feels clean all day. No plaque feeling on teeth at all now. -
