It was a little to sweet for my taste, i often drink gingerale with a splash of cranberry but this was a little too much for my liking, my grandfather however thought it was the best thing ever and drank all the remaining cans and sent me for more!

mixed about 1/3 of the shake over ice and cold brew coffee it was absolutely delicious, tasted very much like a coffee shop ice coffee with so many less calories, more protein and much healthier for you.

Recently started a medication that causes my body to loose basically all its moisture. I purchased this for simplicity as I do not have a whole lot of time in the morning for moisturizing. apply this while waiting for my conditioner to sit in my hair and wash off as rinsing hair.
