I have been drinking a can of high protein chocolate Ensure for a while now. It is my breakfast of sorts. I actually enjoy the taste and it gives me a protein boost which is said to help your metabolism get a kick start for weight loss. A little on the thick side, try pouring it over ice, it tastes better really cold and the water thins it a little. I joined the Ensure club and get $2 coupons every month. -

As part of my get healthy plan, eating breakfast is something I have to try to do. This is an easy way to get a big nutrition keep calm in the morning, which will kick start my metabolism to help me lose a couple of pounds.

I love all of the Orville Redenbacher products, so when I bought these by accident, I had high hopes. I did not LOVE these, something slightly off putting about them. They're not a chip, and they are not popcorn. The best I can describe them is like a tortilla chip with an unusual texture. I guess it was just unexpected, but I won't buy them again...I'll stick to good old fashioned popcorn..of course, from Orville! -

At Almost $300 this is an expensive way to grind coffee beans, but was a dream come true for my son, a former barista and lifelong coffee lover. Completely digital, this grinder will prepare your coffee beans exactly how you need them for your coffee..his current favorite is a Chemex pour over. It grinds your beans without creating any heat, so maintains the integrity of the coffee.
I'm still happy with my $20 Black and Decker, but if you are serious about coffee preparation, this is worth the investment.

I bought this to go with the brightening pads I tried.
I am enjoying the results from the combination of the two. The night moisturizer is a combination of two products, which pump out together. I pump it onto my hand and mix well before applying. After almost a month of using the products, there is a noticeable difference in the quality of my skin. It looks brighter, healthier. So far I have not noticed any reduced lines and wrinkles, but I'm in for the long haul!

I was invited to try this at a reduced price in exchange for my review.
After almost a month of using these, my skin really does appear brighter and healthier. A container of 30 pads is $12.97 at Walmart. I read on line that some ladies cut them in half to double the yield, and that is what I started doing. It took a couple of weeks before I really noticed my skin appears fresher. Haven't noticed any reduced wrinkles, but here's to hoping.
I am using it with the dual over night moisturizer.

There are so many coupons out there for this Coffee,ate, that I decided to give it a try. I normally don't love flavoured coffees, and drink regular coffee with no sugar. The cinnamon bun version is a really nice flavour, really a big hint of a cinnamon bun. I would use this for an afternoon coffee. My boys, who do use sugar in their coffee have asked that it be a regular item in the fridge. -

I bought a pack at Shoppers for $1.79. I really enjoyed the combination of salty and sweet..it is a snack that would satisfy both cravings. I did find the package size a little misleading..you don't get that much in a package. I would definitely use a bag of pretzels, and a jar of Nutella at home, but the convenience of the pre-packaging is handy..especially if there is a risk of things getting crushed in your bag.
