Like most chicks, I definitely found that these helped with my splitting, weak nails. My nails became much healthier, and quite strong. I did not notice any change to my skin, but I didn't have any real issues to begin with, so not a basis for comparison. No change to my hair at all. This could simply be age, over processing, too many pony tails, or just the time of year. I would definitely recommend for anyone having problems with their nails, I noticed a diffrence the very first month. Will continue for a couple of months to see if my hair improves, and will update this review if so. -

I received a free box of Sambucol Cold & Flu, and with some irony, on the same day I had a really bad cold. I have to watch what I take because I take daily prescribed meds, so I loved that this is a natural product.it contains echinacea, vitamin C , black elder, white willow, and zinc. The capsules are quite large, and very bright purple, so can be a little hard to swallow. I did find that it made my symptoms less bothersome. It recommends to take 2 table tablets twice a day, which I did, and felt less achy, and my nasal congestion, while not gone, was more tolerable, and I was able to get some much needed rest. -

I'm always on the look out for a way to make cleaning the house as joyful as it looks in those ads :). I bought this at Home Harware for around $50. It is not as easy as it looks in the commercial...you have to make sure that everything is lined up just right to make it work properly. Once you get the hang of it, it goes pretty smoothly, and I love that you don't end up with dirty water spraying all over the clean floor. Does an average job at cleaning the floors, you may still have to hand scrub stains, as it is hard to get enough leverage to remove tough dirt. Easy to empty, due to the bucket. I do find it hard to keep the mop smelling fresh, and just realized that it comes off and can be washed in washer. Will update my review after trying that. -

Cold season has hit our home, and while I normally try to stick to natural solutions (because of some medication I take regularly) I was prepared to try anything. We have the nighttime one, and I'm not sure if it actually relived any of the symptoms because it knocked me out. In a good way.. I am so congested and feel so rotten, that I was waking up every few minutes to blow my nose, sneeze, or find a comfortable position. One cup of Neo Citran night time helped me to sleep for 4 in-interrupted hours, so if nothing else, the sleep has helped me to recuperate. -

My sister raved about this, so when I saw it in sale I grabbed a box. It is a fizzy vitamin C super dose...I should have taken it earlier but I didn't really feel like I was getting so sick. So today I woke up feeling like a Mack truck hit me. I have already had 2 drinks of this, and I feel slightly better, but the reason I'm posting this is...take at the first sign of a cold, and avoid getting to this point. A lot of people swear by this...the only thing I would recommend is to get the Orange...the acai berry has a slightly off taste, especially on top of a very blocked nose. -

I bought a box of 8...thinking I would get 4 of each...actually got 6 day and 2 night. Did not help with cold symptoms, and made me jumpy (the day ones). I didn't try the night ones, as I had Neo Citran, which at least knocked me out.

Thanks to a bad cold, I have gone through a box of these in a day, and no red nose, no discomfort, and I'm not afraid to use another. Expensive, but definitely worth it if you are going to be using a lot if them!

I made a batch with no name butter, and I can definitely tell the difference between the two! -
