All the hype was worth it. I received a sample before I bought a full sized tube. Generally, I tend to find not much difference between the drug store brands and the premium brands, when it comes to mascaras. The drug store brands have some fairly good mascaras. Benefit's They're Real blew me away. I have never tried a mascara that increased he volume, length and width of my lashes like this one did and I have tried ever brand on the market. I have always wanted to try fake lashes but am a bit leery. With this mascara, there is no need for fake lashes and it comes off quite easily. I would give this and 11 out of 10. Best mascara I have ever used and well worth the price tag,    -
