Clairol Nice 'n Easy Hair Colour

I have been using Nice and Easy's Golden Blonde for years and thought I would switch to another brand just to mix things up a bit. WOW big mistake (HUGE) the others brand of Light Golden Blonde turned my hair Auburn - scary! So HUGE mistake switching brands - even when using Clairols Nice and Easy changing colours has always been great. So Clairol, I am coming back as soon as this disaster lets me! -

I will never NEVER EVER buy this product again! I have been colouring my hair for more than 20 years and am a natural blonde - I colour the gray out. I Bought 2 (due to the length of my hair) of #93 Light Golden Blonde. I opened the boxes and took out the products after mixing both was suprised to find that each coloring container was less than 2/3rds full! When it came to the application it was a disaster! The colour would barely come out of the container and my hands were cramped within minutes from squeezing so hard! When the product did eventually come thru, it shot all over the floor, the walls, me, even so far out of the bathroom on to the bedroom carpet! And to top it all off my hair is now Auburn..yes AUBURN.......NOT BLONDE!!!! I repeat NOT BLONDE!!! -
