It truly is a LIFESAVER, well, EARSAVER.
You have to follow the instructions on the box, I'd say each pair stays effective for 2-4 flights(so 4-8 pressurization of the flight cabin).
I really recommend opening your mouth wide and inserting them by slowly twisting them inside your ears.
If you feel like you cannot ear people speak correctly, it means you did a good job inserting them!

This is one of the only products that works for my oily, acne-prone skin. I have sebum clogged pores and this product really helps cleaning up all the sebum and impurities stuck in my pores. I do not recommend if you have dry-sensitive skin.
