I was very interested to try Listerine Total Care Zero, which is alcohol free mouthwash. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Listerine Total Care Zero contains essential oils: eucalyptol, menthol, and thymol. They kill up to 99.9% of germs and fight plaque and gingivitis, leaving you with fresh breath and a whole mouth clean. I enjoyed the less intense mint taste, but don’t be fooled by its pretty purple colour, it still has a zing to it! As an added bonus, Listerine Total Care helps fight cavities and keep teeth white! I’ll be adding it to my healthy mouth care routine as should you.

After showering, I used the Advanced Moisture Therapy Lotion which was non greasy and unscented. I found my skin dry and itchy from the chlorine in the pool and using Lubriderm’s Advanced Moisture Therapy really worked! My skin felt soft and I no longer found my arms and legs dry and itchy, instead my skin was soft and looked hydrated. I highly recommend this product! -
