I decided to try Cran-Max 250 mg for its potential benefits on skin, dental, and heart health, as well as its antioxidant properties. The convenience of getting a concentrated dose of cranberry in a caplet without artificial additives or common allergens was particularly appealing. Although I would prefer the product to be organic, as this would ensure maximum nutrient intake and minimize pesticide exposure, I’m still satisfied with the results. I did experience some initial stomach discomfort, but after reducing my usage, I’ve continued taking it occasionally without any issues. Given the potential risk of kidney stones associated with cranberry supplements, I’m careful to stay well-hydrated and recommend others with health concerns consult their doctor first. Overall, I find it to be a solid supplement with much to offer.
Note: I did not have a UTI at the time of use.

I've recently made the switch from chemical to mineral sunscreen, as mineral-based sunscreen is generally considered a safer and more environmentally friendly option compared to chemical sunscreens.
With skin being the largest organ our bodies have, and with skin being tasked with the function of protecting our organs from external harm, looking after our skin's health is essential. Mineral sunscreens contain natural ingredients like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide that physically block the sun's harmful rays, whereas chemical sunscreens absorb the rays and can potentially cause skin irritation or other adverse effects. I appreciate that Blue Lizard have chosen to formulate a mineral-based sunscreen. Additionally, this sunscreen is free of parabens and fragrances.
The sunscreen is very thick, rather than a watery liquid, and unlike other sunscreens I've used, this one doesn't leave a greasy residue or shiny appearance on my skin. It's a refreshing change that has been helping me feel more comfortable wearing sunscreen daily.
