I have the buttercream frosting in raspberry. The buttercream frosting is a hand and body lotion with organic aloe and extracts, or so it says on the bottle. It smells very nice, actually, although a bit too strong. The colour is a purpley- magenta. It's very thin, like watery. It's like Neilson yogurt thin. When you put it on and start rubbing it, it turns white, like sunscreen lotion. Fortunately, it doesn't have that gross, oily feeling. After a few secs/ mins, it feels like nothing is on, but the lotion is still working. It's not one of my favourite lotions, but it will do the job. -

Avojuice is made by the OPI brand. Some people may say it is great; however, I find it average. I've actually found better moisturizers than this. Okay, so I bought it in the Peach Juicie scent and I really love the smell, except it doesnt moisturize that well for me. The formula is really watery , but it is a "juice" quencher. It moisturizes...averagely & it takes a while, like maybe more than half a second, for it it settle in and stop feeling so..oily? I usually have to reapply every 30- 45 minutes. On the uphand, my skin does feel a fraction softer.
It's a bit pricey, since its OPI, but I wouldn't buy this again.

Hey, so this is a website and it's all about food. The blog is about rating food around/ in Vancouver, BC. ( Burnaby, Yaletown, Richmond, etc..) They also talk about food events happening. For example, there was some "best cupcakes of Vancouver" event happening in Vancouver a few days ago. Currently, they're still working on it, but they've got some post. So, if you want to try something new and don't know where to go, you should check it out.
PS: They also post their secret family recipes.

I went to Sephora to browse around for a concealer, but I ended up buying some totally different things. The cashier gave me a sample of the Amazing Grace lotion to try and I adooooore it!
First of all, The scent is just amazing. It's so soothing and it really calms me down. I could smell forever. To be honest, I put it on my hand just to smell it every so often. I can't help. It's smells so good. It is not too strong or anything.
Second of all, it works for a pretty long time. I have eczema and I put it on a patch of about-to-crack-dry skin and I am really shocked right now. I put it on every time the scent or the lotion went away, which was every few hours, but, it was so moisturized that I didn't scratch it. I went to bed with it on and in the morning, my eczema on that area was 75% all gone.
Alright, let me tell you about the lotion. It is white, and really smooth. It's not oily or chunky. It's smooth like...whipped egg whites? I don't know, maybe a but thicker than melted ice cream and more together?
Well, I will buy this when my sample is finished, or I'll just go to Sephora and get another sample. Hehe. But, I really love this and I say I love everything, but this one is so true. And so, I EXTREMELY recommend you folks out there to at least try it from a retailer near you. I'm sure you'll be amazed as I am. So, that happened to me, but I don't know about you guys.
And I probably shouldn't say this, but I actually think it's better than Vaseline's sheer infusion thing. Vaseline leaves this weird velvety thing but philosophy doesnt. It keeps your skin moisturized and lets you feel your own skin. I'm just saying. Okay bye. I need to go try the Philosophy \One Step Facial Cleanser, which I actually bought. I will review it soon. Bye!

Let me say for the record that these are amazing.
The colours are really opaque , so if you're trying to hide something on your nails, these are my number 1 choice, not that I have anything to cover, but...
Anyways, They glide on really smoothly and they can last a while. But what I hate about it is that it chips every so often if you're not careful. On the other hand, the bottle lasts forever because you pretty much only need one layer each time, except for "Suzy Says Feng Shui" in their HongKong Collection. I found that one is to be kind of streaky-ish. So, I had to maybe use 2-3 coats. But overall, I love their formula, even though there is a price to pay for it.
The formula isn't too thick or thin. In fact, it's like Goldilocks and the 3 Bears. "It's just right." So, I recommend you try it out at Sephora or something, because you know, they let you try out ALL their colours.
PS: OPI has a sister nail brand called ChinaGlaze. I don't know if you've ever heard of it, but it's probably like OPI, except a lot cheaper. I've never tried it..yet, but I'm pretty sure they'd be almost the same quality, if not a fraction less. Just to let you know.

Hey guys,
So I bought this product because my nails were brittle once upon a time and they kept chipping. I was hoping to outgrow them, so I started investing in these.
This hardener actually works. When you put it on, your nail actually gets much harder. For me, my nail did not chip that much. You can use it as a base coat or you could use it as just a clear nail polish. It has shine and it comes in a half moon shaped container with a long handle. Well, mine does anyway.
Oh, and it dries really quickly, so no worries about smudging clear polish.
I like it better than others, but they still chip. So, I can't really say much about it.

Hi members and guests of ChickAdvisor, haha. Alright, so recently, I went online and bought iViscents' iShine Sugar Scrubs. It's an exfoliator and a body polish all in one. You can use it with or without water, so that's really cool. I love how it's a great scent and used all-natural ingredients, which is a major plus. It doesn't sting and it's really light. You may notice that its "sugar", but I use it and so far, no bugs (or ants) have been attracted to me. If you have dry skin or eczema, it's supposed to leave your skin supple and soft, or say the reviews say. Well, I have eczema, so that's the reason I bought it and it's been working so far for me, so...
About the product... it's these little granule sugar? pieces that you rub around yourself, haha. I find it works better with water, but that's just me. So you use it and your skinis kind of glowing and baby-butt soft. It's not oily, although it feels like it, but ohmygosh, I just LOVE the feeling afterwards. Anyways, bye.
Here's their description:
An exfoliator. Keratosis Pilaris, ingrown hairs, dry patches, razor bumps, dull skin? No more. iShine Sugar Scrubs will leave your skin glowing all over. It's high time that you start to shine!

I'm sorry it's such a long review but...
I FREAKING LOVE THESE. I got it like, last summer. And totally forgot to review them until today. The sun was bright and sunny, my favourite. Anyways, I got it in the purple colour and I really think they're better than ALL flipflops out there. I know theres this review going on about the ON ones, but you should really invest in Havaianas. You won't regret it. They get dirty, just let regular ones , but, water ( and soap) will make the grime easily come off.
I find that most flipflops hurt or rub against the middle of the toe part, but Havaianas, they don't hurt at all, even when you're breaking them in. In fact, I went shopping all day in them just last week and well, walking and standing around, my feet did not hurt or get tired out, which is amazingly because I'm an active, but lazy person.
Anyways, go NOW and buy your Havaianas todaaaay!

Alright, I like this. I am proud to say that it has helped me with my acne. I usually get the urge to pop 'em cause they're just so darn annoying, but I tried this thing. I put it on before school, and at 3pm the same day, it was barely noticeable. All that was left behind was a dry kind of mark thing.
When you first put this o, its like a white pastey gel, but you rub it on and it dries up. There's this tingly effect, but it doesnt hurt at all. And that's basically what the cream does. Now, after a while, it feels like its not working, but I don't know. It probably is.

Its..well, because it's so watery and thin, its somewhat hard to apply. And to mention, they put sparkles in almost every color, so it's kind of hard to take off, so, realy, try at your own risk, because 1. its very cheap, but be warned, it's not as good quality.
PS: It gets used up pretty fast with all the layers!
