It's a beautiful silky texture, not heavy or greasy yet substantial. It glides on your skin, and soaks up in minutes. The vanilla oat fragrance is delicious! I couldn't stop smelling my hands. My husband even commented on the gentle scent! feels so good, relaxing, calming, I think this would be amazing before bedtime. The next morning my body still felt very moisturized!

I literally went home and took an immediate shower, I couldn't wait! The smooth creamy shower gel is intoxicating, it's like a veil of sweet calm.The scent is absolutely perfect, the Vanilla and oats ....it felt like a warm hug. It left my skin supple, hydrated,and super soft, I felt I didn't even need a moisturizer afterward. This body wash is a must for dry skin, it's something I will be repurchasing for sure!

I have tried tons of protein bars, and I must say I have found "the one" I am a huge lemon fan, this is super lemony with sprinkles of poppy seeds that you actually can see. The coating is a white delicious milky yogurty type that marries beautifully with the entire bar. I found such little after taste, I don't know how they do it! I ate this at 8 am with a jug of water, and at 1:25 am still full.

It's so smooth, no grit or chewiness as most protein bars present. The chocolate coating is delicious, a smooth creamy milk chocolate. The peanut butter filling is a very true to taste peanut butter, and I was left with a slight protein bar after taste. 20 grams of protein and 2 grams of sugar is outstanding! I will be purchasing these for sure!

I can eat cereal all the time. This Special K almond is delicious. A great vanilla flavor with tons of almonds that add to the crunch and give you more protein. Delicious!

It looked delicious.....but I was disappointed. The quality of ice cream was lacking. It was such a sweet concoction I couldn't eat it. Too artificial, and the red strawberry stuff was gooey and a fake red colour, felt like I was eating dye.

Cheemo Potato & Cheddar Perogies
In a pinch these are pretty good. We tend to eat these more on busy week nights in the Winter. They are bland so I usually try to liven them up with onions, garlic, salt. They are very economical, probably not the healthiest but once in a while ok.
