Otherwise, this works very well - it actually plumps my face, which is nice, feels moisturizing, does leave a film but it's not bothersome, has a 'wet' feeling upon application which I adore and doesn't take long to absorb.
I don't mind the scent, but I could do without it.

I love the smell of this, weirdly. It smells like sweet oats. Not strongly, it's an 'unscented' smell I reckon. Smells so good though.
This does give a tightening, astringent feel a bit after application, and will take a little while, not long, to absorb. It has some sort of powdery feel to it. After the tightening feeling wears off, skin is soft and moisturized, given a matte look. Though not a fan of the sensation generally, it's not overwhelmingly astringent. I get strange flaking around acne after using this sometimes, but haven't used it long enough to say how it affects breakouts (if at all). I will update accordingly.
Loaded with some supposedly good-for-skin ingredients; a type of alcohol that's not supposed to be great for your skin towards the end of ingredient list, but given it's placement I reckon it shouldn't be much of a concern.
I'm not blown away, but I guess this could work. It's really pricey unfortunately.

No unpleasant 'unscented' smell.
Shampoo tangles a bit, conditioner really gets tangles right out - I used to get knots in the back of my hair no matter what I did, and I haven't since using the Nature Clean Pure-Sensitive duo.
This doesn't feel like it really washes out, when washing - the conditioner feels really nice when rinsed, but you get a sense product is still in your hair - with the shampoo and conditioner both. That said, hair does dry lightweight.
I think I might prefer something that gives a nicer end-look to hair; despite being lightweight it does appear to sit overtop a bit. I am pretty limited due to a very sensitive scalp, however, and this doesn't aggravate it in the slightest - between that and the detangling, this is something that works (the detangling is pretty cool). Great ingredient list too. Honestly, it's fantastic ingredient-wise.

I've wanted a really natural looking mascara for so long - to darken, and in that lengthen (the ends being lighter / I have natural decent-length eyelashes), my lashes. I've tried tinted primers that have gone horribly (my sensitive lashes weren't happy), and searched for Maybelline full 'n soft to no avail (I think it's been discontinued? Or not sold in Canada - I've never tried it, but my Google searches for natural + soft mascaras have lead me to many recommendations.). Covergirl Full Lash Bloom was the only mascara I ever tried with softness claims, and it got very crunchy; I was hopeful Physician's Formula's Organic Wear Mascara might be a better fit, but it actually stung my eyes! For a while, I used Pacifica's Stellar Gaze, until I finally tired of the feeling of crunchiness towards the end of the day.
I'm happy to report, this product delivered on it's 'stays soft' claim! Other than my eyelashes sticking together ever-so-slightly more than average, it didn't feel I was wearing mascara all day. Did this stuff ever hold up, too! Unfortunate run ins with a really thick melty moisturizer, accidental eye rubbing, super hot days and it didn't budge - yet, it came off so easily with just water, when I was ready to take it off. I was shocked and in awe.
I love, love, love focus on environmental sustainability and all the interesting innovations this can entail within products, so I was also super happy I stumbled upon something with natural ingredients.
I read reviews before purchasing this product and many stated it was flaky; given the price I made sure to comb my lashes prior to use, and I haven't had much issue at all. I also apply with a fairly light hand, simply because I desire a natural look (with any mascara I've done this, but this is the first to deliver said look! I don't even have to apply this way to achieve a natural look; it just makes things softer when I desire). It's not more flaky than other mascaras, and not notably flaky at all.
Have I mentioned how fun the applicator is? You have to swirl the brush in the tube to pick up product. It also gives a feeling of a bit of control how much product you load up.
My main search was for something non-crunchy and natural-looking, and this was both things I hoped and more - however, I did need to moisturize my lashes after wear once and a while still, they did feel a little dry sometimes (not during wear, but after removing/using the product several days in a row - and my eyes/lashes are sensitive/temperamental).
I also did look up YouTube videos of people applying this mascara to ensure it had the exact look I was going for, and it seemed to; I was so happy when I found it did!! (If I can edit this review, I'll try to add some photos later.)
