Best pain au chocolate in the city! (wait, maybe I shouldn't have said that because now people will snatch them up before I get there....)
Anyway, overal the food is pretty good. Sandwiches are usually awesome (especially when they butter the outside and stick it in the press so it comes out nice and crispy), sweets are good (try the giant cookies), some of the soups are good some aren't... as with the salads and entrees. I had a quiche there that was kind of gross, but I think that was one of the few/only things I've ever had that I disliked.

Okay, aside from the fact that this mascara vibrates and has plastic bristles (which seems to be the trend for most "new" mascaras these days) there really isn't anything else that makes it stand out.
It's not a great mascara. I'm not even sure it's good.... it's decent I guess. I tried used it with the vibrating wand but I find it makes the mascara clump. If I just use the wand as is, without it vibrating, it does a decent job of coating my lashes. I would say it's an average mascara, nothing special to write home about. However, I think it's way over-priced and not really worth the money.
But hey, maybe it works better on people with fuller curly lashes. Unfortunately it doesn't do much for my asian lashes.

I recieved this product in the mail like some other members of the product review club. After testing it out a few times I would say this mascara is decent. It doesn't clump and adds a bit of length. Unfortunately as I have sparse lashes, I tend to like mascaras that make my lashes look more full. The effect of this mascara is okay but not worth writing home about. I do like it and I think it does a good job... unfortunately I'd rather spend my money on something that does a fantastic job. But maybe it's my lashes and not this mascara. I'm asian and I have typical asian eyelashes (they are sparse, straight, don't hold curls very well unless you curl before applying mascara and then curl again afterwards.), so perhaps this mascara would work better on someone with naturally curly and full lashes.
I'll continue to use this every now and again.... it's sort of on par with Maybelline Full and Soft (in terms of what it does for my lashes)

Anyway, so this is a dry oil spray. I didn't really understand the whole "dry oil" part until I used it. I have used Bert Bee's lemon body oil before and it sort of leaves your hands and legs a tad oily and slick... This product, however doesn't. The oil helped my skin stay soft and moisturized.
I think this will definitely be something I will use lots of in the winter when my body is extra dry; as sometimes in the winter using a lotion on my body just isn't moisturizing enough so this will be the perfect addition.
It absorbs well, doesn't make you feel oily and gross. It smells wonderful. It's a spray bottle so it's simple and clean.

It was an okay lip balm. It wasn't amazing. I didn't like the smell. I probably used it about 4 times. I keep it in the bottom of the drawer in case I lose all my other lip balms.

The book is really well written. Some say it is sort of like a self-help book. I didn't really think that way. I did think it make me think about my own life and see areas or things I want to improve but I just enjoyed her story. It was kind of inspiring. I found two copies at Loblaws on sale for 40% cover price and bought it for my two girlfriends.

I thought this was yummy. It's not too bitter. I prefer milk chocolate over dark, but this was sweet enough to satisfy my cravings.

I have sensitive skin. Using the wrong product can make me breakout. I found this at Shoppers. It's by the same makers as Neostrata. I like supporting Canadian companies so I thought I'd give it a shot. I really like this lotion. I've been using it for a few years now. In the summer I use the lotion because it's lighter and in the winter I use the cream.
I highly recommend this for people who have sensitive skin. There are very few ingredients. No perfume, parabens, dyes, lanolin, formaldehyde, or protein.

I remember buying the regular Volume Express Mascara and I wasn't totally impressed with it. However I haven't been uber impressed with the last few mascaras I've purchased (Cover Girl Lash Exact and Maybelline Define-a-Lash Volume) so I decided to go for this one since it was on sale for just under $7.
I thought it made my lashes appear fuller and longer. I almost though I looked like I was wearing fake lashes! I totally recommend this. Plus, it doesn't bleed after a few hours.
