Last year I found a Recipe from Chatelaine Magazine May 2015 Issue for Bread and Butter Pickles. I had not made pickles for decades. This is the easiest Recipe of all time! Homemade and crunchy. Ready overnight. Here is Chatelaine's Magazine Recipe> Slice 3 mini cucumbers 1/8 in thick and put in a clean Quart size mason jar. Boil i cup white vinegar with 1/2 cup each water and white sugar. Add 1/2 tsp. celery seed and 1/4 tsp salt until the sugar dissolves. Pour over cucumbers and let stand 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Ready to eat the next day. Delicious. Enjoy! -
