Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is an amazing collection of paintings, sculptures, installations, and miscellany that all ages can enjoy!
I love going to see the new temporary exhibits that come through, fairly regularly.
There is always something in the permanent section that I had not noticed in any of my previous visits that catches my eye at every subsequent visit!
Whatever flavor of art you enjoy: sensory, tactile, audible, taste, visual.... It's here!
The cafe has an amazing variety of interesting foods from different regions of Arkansas cuisine to sample and savor.
The gift shop has many items to chose from for everyone to take home a piece of their visit for very reasonable prices!
The permanent section is always free.
The special and temporary exhibits as well as the occasional concert, performance, or visiting guest speakers sometimes require memberships or a ticket purchase order.
Typically every event is open to the public for very reasonable cost!
The museum was founded and the construction and acquisition costs are covered by Alice Walton. The Walmart heiress, herself!
A sweet, savvy woman with a head for business and a heart of gold!
Visit this wonderful museum which is a work of art, in itself. You may possibly run into Ms. Walton herself.
She's known to wander the Halls of one of her favorite places, surrounded by stunning works of art produced by a multitude of American artists.
I've seen her and thanked her, myself on one of my own visits. Great woman. Very kind, very well spoken.

It's even more fun to just sit back and watch someone else play! The non-player characters are so adorable.
It is a gather and build type of game, which my daughter really enjoys.
Her and her step dad can spend hours sitting next to each other playing the game on their own computers. She'll ask for advice or help in areas that are a little challenging or difficult. He'll guide her or she'll hand him the controller and I love to just watch the bond over it!
It's a great game for kids and adults alike!

Well, she actually hasn't yet seen THIS one but I bought two different ones....
Her party was a miserable flop... Her friends were busy, since I didn't have very much time to plan, they didn't have much notice, either. It was cloudy and overcast so we couldn't go to the water park as we had intended to do...
I bought her the blue mermaid and the orange/pink mermaid dolls.
She received the orange/pink one as a late birthday gift. She LOVES her! She had the biggest smile I'd seen on her face in years when she opened the gift package.
The blue one is a Christmas gift...shhhh!

I love Wendy's 4 for $4 deal! It comes with a choice of Jr burger (several to choose from) or chicken sandwich (2 to choose from), 4 piece chicken nugget, small fry, and a small drink. I can feed my daughter, her best friend, my boyfriend, AND... +
I love Wendy's 4 for $4 deal! It comes with a choice of Jr burger (several to choose from) or chicken sandwich (2 to choose from), 4 piece chicken nugget, small fry, and a small drink. I can feed my daughter, her best friend, my boyfriend, AND myself for under $20!!
I don't know if you've been to Wendy's before but their "small" is about the same as everyone else's medium!
The drink is at least 20 ounces.
The small fries is slightly smaller than a McDonalds' medium fry but of better quality.
The burger is about the size of a Jr burger anywhere.
Four nuggets are.....well they are four nuggets... Tasty and hot. Yum.
The selection is amazing for the price. There is something for everyone!
If one of us doesn't want a burger, one of us is usually eager to trade our nuggets or fries for it so everyone is happy!
It's our go-to when we are in a hurry or just don't feel like cooking.
