I saw your forum topic about mental illness and isolation. First let me start by saying that your not alone. I wish I could offer you some advice but I struggle with anxiety and have been battling depression on and off for 10 years. You seem like a truly kind person and anyone to have you in their life is lucky. I am sorry that you are going through such a tough time. You are a strong person for admitting there is even something wrong and seeking out help for it.
