Standard garbage bags. They are tall/long and that means they are ideal for the tall square (or round) shape of kitchen bin. They fit perfectly in mine without any extra length to fold over. I prefer the 'red handle' type of bags like this, because it's easy to tie them and then carry them.
Forceflex basically means they have a weird diamond pattern that makes the bag look weaker, but actually makes it a lot more stretchy and harder to puncture. I tested it with my fingers and also regular trash and it never developed a hole in either case. Pretty nice.
I'm not sure I love the Febreze scent, it's pretty sweet and generic, but it's definitely appreciated in stinky trash. Overall, a great bag that delivers on what it promises.

This is a good beginner insta pot accessory set, though in my opinion a bit on the expensive side (38.99 at time of review). I’m a notorious cheapskate (so maybe it’s that), but while all these items are useful, none of them made me go wow. I do appreciate that you can use them both with the instant pot or on their own, just in the kitchen, but I feel like the silicone gloves are a little thin and cheap feeling.
Other than that, everything feels good quality. By far my favourite is the springform cake pan and the steamer basket. Since I already own a great egg cooker, the egg tray was not as valuable for me. I love that they include the liners for the steamer basket. While the fridge magnets are cute, I don’t feel like they add much value since you can easily get that info online.
I think it would definitely make a nice Xmas or birthday gift for those who own an instapot and perhaps haven’t explored the multitude of uses yet, this could be an incentive to try out some of those fun insta recipes and I think most people would like this as a gift!

I’ll simplify this for you. If you love vegetables and already take a lot of ‘green’ smoothies or health food, you’ll probably enjoy this. If not, this won’t change your mind. While the advertised flavour is vanilla, it certainly wasn’t enough to cover the ‘green’ taste. Since I’m a supertaster, I asked my partner for their opinion as well and they said it tasted like ‘vanilla broccoli’, so take that as you will.
The good news is no stevia (famously bitter), but since the health food lobby is against sucralose (a manmade sweetener and the best flavour-wise) this has been sweetened with cane sugar and natural monkfruit. This means not only is it not suitable for diabetics, but those who are sugar-free will also want to avoid. It also means it’s overwhelmingly sweet (presumably as an attempt to disguise the grassy flavour). My sense of taste is so strong and I don’t love things that are overly sweet, but my partner has a sweet tooth and also found this far too sweet. I feel like many companies are not able to successfully integrate Stevia (not applicable in this case) or monkfruit, both of which are much sweeter than sugar and should be used in smaller doses.
Either way, the result is a drink that will be too sweet for some, too sugary for others and too ‘green’ for many more. I’m sure this drink has it’s niche, I just can’t figure out what it is. It’s definitely not the worst thing I’ve ever drank, but it’s not to my taste at all.
There are some benefits though. The 20g of protein for such a small scoop is really good and of course the serving of greens. The texture is pretty good with the exception of the green stuff that floats on top. At least, it doesn’t get clumpy when used in a shaker cup, so that’s pretty good compared to others I’ve tested.
I just didn’t love it, though I’m sure someone out there will.

This clock has a million features, to the degree that it’s a little overwhelming. Luckily the manual is very clear (take it one section at a time and actually do each thing, this will help you understand) and after a few nights of use I could activate most things without referencing it. If it seems overly complicated, it’s only because they offer so much.
You can have radio, coloured lights, regular lights, use it as a lamp, two different alarm clocks and set a timed ‘sleep’ schedule of said lights or radio or even sleep sounds. Each thing comes with multiple options, such as volume, tone, time, etc. I didn’t find it too difficult to learn, but I really do think you need to follow the manual and take your time learning each function. That being said, if there are functions you’d never use, you can feel free to ignore them.
I can’t say if the light function helps you wake up easier or feel more rested, since I suffer from a severe sleep disorder. As a result, I have not been able to sleep until the alarm more than once, despite testing it for a bit now. The first time I was able to sleep until the alarm, I found the light too bright, so I’d play around with the options until you find what’s right for you. For example, I originally started on half brightness an hour before waking and woke up with this light. If you’re sensitive to light, like I am, start lower than that and closer to waking time until you adjust.
I do like the design of the clock, it looks modern and cool. Though it’s quite large for a clock, since it can also be used as a lamp, the size makes sense. In fact, if you take advantage of all the features of this, you can remove a charger, lamp and clock from your bedside, combining three into one. That’s a great spacesaver.
I only had two main problems with this clock. The first is that, for those sensitive to light, it’s difficult to have a functioning alarm clock. There are three brightnesses for the clock feature, bright, dim and no clock. Unfortunately, I did find dim to be too bright when the light is out (I prefer a fully dark room). While I do like that you can set it to no-clock, there’s no easy way to check the time. The button for turning the clock back on is difficult to find in the dark when you are sleepy. I really wish they had added a big/obvious button that you can press to ‘flash’ the time, so when you wake up you can see what time it is without going through the whole cycle of bright, dim and off again.
Secondly, this clock would not be suitable for those, like my partner, who need extra help waking up. After 15 minutes of no touch, this alarm clock turns itself off, so if you sleep through alarm clocks, it won’t be right for you.
Other than that, I think it’s a good option for the price ($43.98 at time of review). It does so much and yes, that does mean it takes a couple of nights (and a good reading of the manual) to understand all the functions and buttons, but it also means you get more value for your money. I would give this a chance after first receiving it, it might take a few nights to get the ideal settings for you, but it delivers on what it promises in terms of features.

I’m a big fan of ginger ale and I also like lemon based drinks, but I’m not sure if I loved the two of them together, for me it was ok. My partner tried a sip and liked it better than me, but also didn’t love it. I found the lemon and ginger were nice together, but probably too similar in sour/bitterness and left it tasting a tad metallic. The bubbles are the perfect amount, as it’s really nice and bubbly and that makes it really refreshing.
I think overall, I prefer regular Ginger Ale, but it was nice to try it for free (Thanks Chickadvisor)! I will say that from the taste, I can tell that it would go really nice with alcoholic beverages (I rarely drink alcohol) or in a fruity summer drink concoction and it was a nice change from regular Ginger ale, but I wouldn’t drink it regularly.

I really cannot understand this floss at all. It’s awful. I thought expanding meant once it was between my teeth it would get bigger (maybe foamier) and help clean. This stuff is like wadding (are you a sewer, you’ll know what I mean!), as in it’s like a bunch of little threads all wound together. When it expands it just looks like wadding/stuffing from inside a toy.
Maybe if you have perfect teeth, but I have very close together teeth that have had a lot of dental work. Every time I tried to floss it would catch on something and come apart in shreds, leaving a bunch of it behind in my teeth. I was impressed it managed to slide between my close-set teeth, but afterwards was a disaster.
I thought maybe it was just me, so I gave a strand to my partner to try and they had the same experience. Yikes. I’ll stick to my tape style floss in future.

I was actually super disappointed with this, which weirdly goes against my first impressions. My first impression of this was so good! It has a lovely sweet strawberry scent which didn’t give me a headache. The stick is the white kind and instead of being clumpy it was nice and smooth and velvety, very easy to spread around. It looked invisible and comfortable on the under-arms, so what happened?
It just didn’t cut it. I’m a normal sweater and I don’t tend to smell. Now, every deodorant I’ve tried that claims to last 48 hours, is a liar. They usually last around 24, but this one barely lasted 9 hours. The big problem is that the smell fades too quickly, That lovely strawberry scent just doesn’t last beyond around 6 hours. So by the time you get to 9 hours, you can smell the beginning of sweaty smell when you lift your armpit.
I really liked the formula, scent and how comfortable it was, I just wish it lasted a lot longer.

My go-to soap! I always buy it (usually on sale) and really like it. It leaves my hands soft, doesn’t bother the rest of the family and is reasonably priced. It has a light, fresh, slightly sweet scent that is similar to many ‘ocean’ or ‘water’ scents and that I really love. It’s a pale lilac colour.
It also works really well for foaming soap, just dilute slightly. I’ve been using this for years and will continue to do so. This is a big bottle, without a pump, so just pour it into your own mechanical, or manual hand soap pump, I’ve used it with both!

As always with these bazillion-in-one products, I don't recommend it as anything other than a body wash, to anyone who cares about their hair. It's very drying and basic as a shampoo. Furthermore, face and body wash is not really a separate category, nor is 'deodoriser', but I don't think anyone buys these marketing ploys anymore.
As a body wash, it's good. A big, pump action bottle is just the thing you need if you have a house full of boys and after all, washing their hair with anything is better than nothing. Basically, this is a simple, masculine body wash. The masculine smell is really nice, but very strong (a la a certain un-named body spray) so really only suitable for teenage boys or men who like a strong scent.
The current price of 17.65 (on Amazon) is kind of insane, but other than that I don't really have any problems with this. It washes, it's easy to use and it smells manly.

The exfoliation is not harsh at all, in fact you can barely notice it. As always, I used it with a body pouf (loofah) and I found it didn’t harm my skin, but didn’t leave it overly soft either. It was easy to use foamed up well and did the job, but it didn’t leave me saying wow. I used the big size, but my favourite thing about the bottle was the pump. Being able to pump out your shower gel is really handy and I much prefer it to fumbling a slippery bottle.
