Lovley fresh scent, if (obviously) a bit on the masculine side. Left me and hubby's hair nice and soft and didn't leave it dull or lank. Sometimes when I overprocess my hair with products it gets a bit dry and flakey and I find one shower with this and I can go right back to my normal shampoo, while my husband keeps using this one. He works early, so it's easier for him because he never bothers conditioning otherwise. -

Ordering sheets online is always a bit of a gamble. Several times I've ordered cheaper sheets from Beyond the Rack and ended up with unusable rubbish. So I was excited to try out these sheets as the price point is very reasonable, but also a little anxious as I wasn't sure they'd be good sheets, never mind high thread count sheets.
Well, I'm happy to say that I love them!
I have one pair of amazing quality (high thread count) sheets that I've been using constantly and washing that have a huge rip in them, because going from high quality to low quality your skin immediately notices the difference. When sleeping in these sheets there was no difference to my usual high quality sheets and my skin didn't itch or protest.
I often joke that I'm like 'The Princess and the Pea' and if there's a single flaw on the bed, I'll feel it. If you have cheaper sheets, with these you're going to feel the difference right away. If you're already using great quality sheets, I found these to be comparable without the steep price tag.
There were no problems with the stitching and they felt soft and comfortable. I'll update if I have problems with them over time, but a week of sleeping in them and I haven't had any issues. While I received these sheets to test, I'm definitely planning to buy a second set when I have a bit of spare cash as I find it very hard to find good quality, reasonably priced sheets here in Canada.
Note: I did not use the flat sheet as I prefer to use simply a fitted sheet on my bed, so I used only the fitted sheet and two pillowcases in Queen size. (Cream colour)

This is a great option if you're really attached to your journal so you can glue in extra pages or remove the old ones and add this to start over.
Paper wise it's great quality, but I didn't like it as much as the original paper in some of the Creoly notebooks I tried. It's great for pencil and Biro pen, but with Sharpie or ink marker it does bleed a little and smudge, so I would recommend only for paper or biro pen.

When this light first arrived I was surprised because there were no instructions of any kind. So I took a lot on faith and plugged it in. Thankfully that's all you really need to do, it can be screwed into any E27/E26 socket. I'd love to use this for my ceiling light, but unfortunately here in Montreal apartments just don't tend to have central lights, so I tried this out in my lamp instead.
I will say that upon visual inspection, the lightbulb looks quite cheap as it's all made of plastic, but it actually works great. I was surprised by the range of patterns and colors and think it's a great option for parties at this price point. Definitely not something you'd want plugged in regularly, but good option for parties or discos if you have a central ceiling light. It can also be used with a lamp to throw patterns on the ceiling, but I think a disco floor is much more fune.

It does have a light flexible hold, but struggles with more complex styles. The smell isn't too bad though and it's a good price.

My husband and I have tried all the different scents of Dove Men Deodorant and antiperspirant. He's a heavy sweater since he's always on the go and I'm not much of a sweater and usually only have to apply daily unless it's really hot.
We both like this deodorant, the smell is light and masculine and it didn't cause any problems with either of our underarms. I like the style of deodorant. It's like...not a gel, but not really a stick either. In the past, hubby has had problems with allergic reactions to Old Spice, but this one didn't cause any issue and does a great job to boot.
