I find it very matte even though it says it's semi-matte. The price is very good,definitely on the lower price range. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is b/c I don't find it hydrating enough, but that's to be expected from matte lipsticks. -

I must admit that I don't usually like to use wipes, I find them very ineffective and irritating, but I was very pleasanlty surprised with these!!! The makeup came off easily without much rubbing! Very gentle on the skin and odorless - although I have regular skin it does get irritated at times, but not wih this product! Not to mention how affordable they are - love!!! -
